Here are the first 3 principles to become a good leader:
1. A leader … must be an example of integrity and honesty.
Whatever your current reputation, commit today to make a clean sweep of the past, and work to become a person of quality, honest, reliable, treating others as you would want it treats you. Develop your strength of character, making it a point to finish what you start and telling the truth. integrity is the first step to attract consideration and respect from everyone, friend or foe.
2. A leader must … take care of others.
Maintain a climate of safety and respect around you, always remaining positive and optimistic. Choose regular people to encourage and help; sincerely ‘listening to others, reminding you that you have two ears and one mouth, This should lead you to talk less and listen twice as much. This attitude will allow you to quickly be appreciated and strengthen your influence on others.

3. A leader … fosters the development of others. Look around you people assume you have a potential sleep, and play a positive role by sharing with them your experience and talent to help them grow. Helping all people as you can to achieve their potential will increase their chance of success whatever they undertake. You will become a “mentor” sought and respected.
